Tracey Wood - Director, Permanent Division & Office ManagerAfter completing a two-year apprenticeship within Rolls Royce, Tracey moved into a secretarial position, subsequently two years were spent in the Personnel Department for Rolls-Royce where she was involved in all aspects of the recruitment process. Tracey remained at Rolls-Royce for 9 years before setting up her own business, which she operated for 5 years before setting up Jobshop UK in December 1997.
Tracey is one of the Directors at Jobshop UK Ltd and maintains an active “hands-on” role within the company - overseeing and providing cover for the permanent recruitment desks, managing the administration staff within the Jobshop UK Limited office, also ensuring the on-going maintenance and development of new and existing client accounts.
Frances Miles - Director, Temporary Division and FinancesFrances has over 21 years experience in the recruitment industry. Frances ran her own agency for 6 years, has worked for a large National agency within the UK and was General Manager for an international agency based in Sydney, Australia where she had responsibility for three branches.
Frances is a Director at Jobshop UK Ltd, joining in May 1999 and was primarily involved as a trainer for new and existing staff, advising on contracts/tenders and budgets/finance. Since becoming a Director in April 2008, Frances is responsible for overseeing and providing cover for the temporary desks and overseeing the accounts and payroll function. Frances has experience of running large contracts from inception for the supply of temporary and permanent staff and has worked with a number of companies including: various NHS trusts within Central London, Mars Confectionery, Coca Cola Schweppes, Unigate Dairies, Hilton Hotels and American Express.
Jayne Harding (FIRP) - Senior Consultant - Temporary StaffJayne joined Jobshop UK in October 2004 bringing a wealth of experience stretching back over the past 40 years. Jayne is a well known and respected figure in the recruitment industry, is a Member of The Institute of Employment Consultants (MECI) and has achieved the Foundation Vocation Award in Employment Agency Practice.
In 2008 Jayne was awarded a Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.
Alison Wiseman - Senior Consultant - Permanent StaffAlison joined Jobshop UK in February 2005 and brings a large amount of experience attained through holding managerial positions in the insurance and leisure industry. Alison was previously employed as a Business Advisor at Hill House Hammond where she was responsible for customer retention and business development.
Alison handles vacancies from Administrator to Senior Management level. She has an excellent track record which demonstrates for every two candidates her Client interviews one placement is made. .
Nicola Nolan - Payroll & Management Information OfficerNiki joined Jobshop UK over six years ago after relocating from North Yorkshire where she spent 11 years working for Skipton Building Society; she held the position of Senior Lending Support Consultant. Niki recruited, trained and managed a team of six trainee consultants.
Niki has recently returned from maternity leave and is responsible for the running of the temporary weekly staff payroll.
Sonya Schulz - Financial AdministratorAs part of Jobshop UK’s expansion, Sonya joined us as a Financial Administrator in March 2008 with responsibility for supporting all aspects of Jobshop UK’s accounts.
Sonya comes to us with a wealth of previous experience as a bookeeper and administrator including running a playgroup with responsibility for planning and implementing curriculums and timetables along with maintaining files and records for individual children with special educational needs within various companies in Poole and Bournemouth.
Laura Rosam - PA to Directors - currently on maternity leave
Laura has worked at Jobshop UK for over nine years and has progressed from Receptionist to PA to the Directors. Prior to working at Jobshop UK Laura had several years experience working for local Companies.
Laura has worked on all aspects of our accounts and is now taking responsibility for supporting the directors on an administrative basis.
