What Motivates You?
Jobshop UK has been working in partnership with James Sale of Motivational Maps for the past year and have successfully used their Maps with our own Jobshop staff. We are also looking to use these motivational tools with our clients and candidates.
If you would like to find out your main motivators and what rewards suit you then follow these 4 easy steps:
- You will find two sheets; one lists 9 motivators and the other gives examples of rewards that go with these motivators. As you are probably aware money is very rarely the only motivator and reward that is important to us.
- Take a look at the “9 motivators sheet” and rank them in order (if you are in a hurry choose your top 3)
- Then take a look at the “Hot Button Rewards sheet” and see what rewards motivate you.
- You could escalate this to your manager or use this with your team…….
