Jobshop's Service Commitments To Our Candidates
The service that we provide to you as our Candidate is very important to us at Jobshop UK Limited.
We endeavour to make sure that we do the following:
General contact
Once you have registered with us we will contact you as soon as possible with details of suitable permanent vacancies or temporary bookings. Contact will be by either telephone or email.
Once we have put your details forward to a Client, we will keep you informed of the progress with the Client. We will usually contact you by telephone or email.
If the Client would like to either interview you, or, like you to start in a temporary assignment we will then provide you with full directions on how to get to the clients offices and reiterate the details of the job and the salary or pay rate.
If you are not successful we will also inform you as soon as we are able. Contact will by telephone or email.
If we have not been in contact within 1 month of registering with Jobshop UK Limited we will contact you one evening to find out whether you are still looking for work.
We send newsletters to our Candidates and Clients to let them know about developments at Jobshop, legislation and to recognise any star Candidates.
For general queries
If you telephone us with a query, we promise to deal with it as quickly as possible and get back to you within 1 working day.
If the query is more complex, then we will contact you within 1 working day to let you know that we need to investigate it further. We would then endeavour to resolve the query within 5 working days.
If you write to us with a query – then we will respond to you in writing on the day that we receive the letter at our offices. If the query is more complex, then we will endeavour to write back to you within 5 working days.
