Our standard fee for placing a Candidate in a permanent position is as follows:

- Keeping in touch with Candidate and Client during 3 month probation period

In these difficult economic times we know it’s very important to offer our Clients new, flexible alternatives to our traditional recruitment package.
We understand that you still want to use a professional recruitment service but have a smaller/limited budget.
We have come up with a way for you to choose the parts of our service that are important to you and just pay for those.
All you need do is choose from the list below (you can pick one or more options), speak with one of our experienced consultants and we’ll do the rest…….
You provide us with the job advert and we’ll place it on the following websites for 1 month: BH Jobs, Jobshop website and Reed website. We will refresh the job every day so it appears on the top of the job listings. We will also place it on Jobshop’s High-Street job board. We will refer all response directly to you.
Perhaps you have already advertised and you are swamped with candidates or you simply want this part of the process dealt with, to save you time:
We will sift through CV’s that you have received from your vacancy, telephone screen possible candidates and present you with a list of suitable applicants.
We will send no thank-you letters to unsuitable candidates (therefore protecting your company reputation – candidates often complain that they never hear back from companies they have sent their CV to)
We will arrange interviews for pre-selected candidates
We will send the candidate confirmation of interview details together with the job description
Using our on-line testing system, “Prove-it” we can test on over 900 software packages and provide you with an accurate indication of the Candidate’s skills. As the testing system is on-line the tests can be taken at Jobshop’s offices, at your offices or even in the Candidates home. The results will be reported to us and passed straight to you.
Also, if you require your own staff to be bench-marked for recruitment purposes or if you are looking to promote a member of staff and wish to ascertain their skill level we can do that too.
Once Candidates are pre-selected we can thoroughly interview each Candidate using the Candidate’s CV, our registration forms and behavioural-based questions. With careful interviewing techniques our experienced consultants will really get to know the Candidate and be able to determine their suitability to your job/company/department.
If you prefer, you can sit-in on the interviews and observe the Candidate for yourself.
We are able to hold the interviews at our offices (we have private interviewing facilities) or we can come to you.
We can obtain either written or verbal references for the successful Candidate on your behalf using our in-house referencing forms. We will obtain permission from both the Candidate and the referee to enable us to pass on the referencing information to you.
