Jobshop UK is an independent recruitment agency and have been supplying high calibre temporary and permanent staff to local Companies for over 12 years. We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to cover maternity leave. The position is based in our permanent division and will involve looking after existing Clients and Candidates as well as building your own.
Your main responsibilities will be to
- manage and maintain existing client relationships
- develop new business through phone calls, client visits and networking
- interview candidates, matching them with appropriate positions
- writing and placing adverts
- obtaining references
- sales and marketing activities
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a sales environment, an ability to build relationships, a positive outlook with lots of enthusiasm and determination. You will need to be able to listen and empathise with clients and candidates and deliver an excellent service.
