It wasn’t so much a baptism by fire, more like ‘’thrown in at the deep end’ for Jobshop UK’s new Permanent Recruitment Consultant, Kelyn Goater, whose first role for the Poole based agency was diving in Weymouth Bay for the BBC1 series The One Show with Jobshop UK Director, Frances Miles.

One of the first networking events to be held by Bournemouth Chamber of Trade and Commerce at AFC Bournemouth has proved a winner for Poole based recruitment agency Jobshop UK. Following attendance at the event, the agency has secured new business with Castlepoint Shopping Park with the placement of Hazel Thomson as Administrator/Receptionist.

We are pleased to announce that after careful consideration we have selected our winner for the Special Woman Award. This award is for a special woman who has overcome obstacles to succeed in business, or has dedicated her business efforts to charity. Our 3 finalists were: Kate Ward - SPRING Charity Sam Everard - Prettymades Bridal Natasha Jones - LEAF Charity These ladies were invited to the Langtry Manor Hotel, Bournemouth for the Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner on Thursday 19th May 2011, where the winner was announced. We are delighted to announce that our champion is Natasha Jones from LEAF Charity.
